Meeting Refreshment Assignments

Continuing in 2012, we are going to use a "rotating" scheme for providing meeting refreshments, rather than trying to find one or two members willing to handle refreshments for every meeting. To volunteer for a meeting, contact Paul N2KDK or David K2MUN.

The standard "refreshments assignment" is to provide:

If you use Dunkin Donuts, they will provide you with cups, creamers, sugar, stirrers, and napkins. The bag they provide is usually used as our trash bag for the meeting. It gets disposed in the Janitor's room at the end of the night.

The cost for this will be about $30-40. Please set out an improvised "Donations" cup to collect cash donations from members. At the end of the night, submit your receipts to the Treasurer (Dave K2YG) for an immediate reimbursement of your costs minus any cash donations you collected.
